Tax-Sale Bid Rigging Conspirator Berman Sentenced

Steve Berman, husband of Hunt Valley attorney Heidi Kenny, and conspirator in an illegal tax-sale bid rigging scheme, was sentenced to two years probation for his part in the racket.  Two of his co-conspirators, Harvey Nusbaum and Jack Stollof, were sentenced earlier this year. Jack W. Baltimore Attorney Harvey M. Nusbaum Sentenced

Harvey Nusbaum, a Baltimore attorney, was sentenced on May 4 to one year and one day in prison for his part in a tax sale bid-rigging scheme.  He is also required to pay an $800,000 fine for his misdeeds.  His partner in the scheme, Jack W. Stollof, will be sentenced at a later date.

City To Sell Local FOP Lodge Over Tax Dispute

Baltimore County Attorney and Real Estate Investors Face Federal Prison
